Nigel trains under water in Merseyside
Well not really - Looking at a training run with St John Ambulance under the river Mersey in the Mersey tunnel. Many thanks to the tunnel Police who let me do it.
Sorry about the quality, road surface very rough and lighting notthat good.....Not bad for a camera phone though.
